Is TV switched on Is remote working and batteries not flat Is DSTv on (green light) Did you try and change the source on remote. Source must be correct  Have any plugs or wires been unplugged or turned-off? We have holiday package, so not all channels work. Did you check other channels? Tv is connected to WiFi, does WiFi work? Does Netflix or other SMART Tv options work? What message do you get on the Tv?
